“Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. “We had an excellent stay at Delta Downtown Calgary. The room was excellent and the included breakfast was sufficient. The location is very good. The only issue we had is finding information on things to do. We asked the hotel staff twice and the best response was shopping downtown. To make this worse they failed to tell us about the +15 walkways that connect the hotel to other buildings and shopping centres in the CBD. After we figured this out ourselves, our stay was quite enjoyable.”
