“We are a family of 6 who had a lovely summer stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with all the facilities a family would need. A fully equipped kitchen with so many appliances, a huge fridge and stove plus we really appreciated having a large washer and dryer. It was a lovely walk to the Folding Moutain Brewery for dinner and an accessible drive to Jasper National Park. “This property was beautiful! We stayed here for a weekend getaway & had a relaxing time. Being tucked away in the trees and able to disconnect was nice. I wasnt expecting the bedrooms to be all connected which was a fun surprise for us! We decided we would come back again in a different season because we liked the vibe so much! Everything as far as toilet paper, paper towel, tin foil, dish soap, sponges etc was provided which was great. Everything was clean & host was responsive!”

“Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp.”

“Over the last 4 years we have visited Mystic Springs a few times a year. My family and I love coming here and always feel at home at Mystic Springs. The outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is fantastic and no matter what time of year we have visited (even in the middle of winter) we have enjoyed using these facilities. The location is great, can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and to the main part of town. The condo was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay...

“The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses. Only one cookie sheet and mixing bowls and no storage containers. We had just come from a different place we rented in Golden which was much better equipped.”

“Jocelyn was exceptionally responsive to our every question and need, and she was an absolute delight to deal with. The new hot tub was lovely, but it was not chemically up to par yet to actually enjoy. I have every confidence she'll work with her hot tub guy and get it crystal clear! The listing said there would be coffee and firewood available, but there wasn't, but no big deal. Overall the home provided all that we needed for a great get-away.”

“The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay.”
