“The service was the best I've experienced since the pandemic. The hotel remains one of my most favorite in the world for the serene beauty surrounding it. ”

“Pool is far from our room., and you had to either walk outside or though the Parkade to get to it ”

“Got upgraded to a loft suite however was in a different building than the main building. Would have preferred to stay in the main building to have easy access to the amenities. The plaza was also very icy and we both had nasty falls on the ice that ruined our last bit of time there. Would like to see more salt/gravel laid down in slippery areas. ”

“Lodge in a great location but very much over priced compared to other lodges we stayed at this week in Banff/Lake Louise. It’s outdated and lacks more modern features, e.g. keyless entry (card). Additionally, the TV did not work, the password to the wifi was nowhere to be found, to mention a couple of issues. The beds were great and comfortable but the rest of the interior was outdated and needs an upgrade.”
