“I recently stayed for 4 nights in an upgraded, 2 bed junior suite near the pool. Initially, we spent one night in the “regular” junior suite, however ended up moving rooms. The first room had a few issues with it, most concerning was the patio door would not close all the way or lock. This was obviously a major safety concern. We notified the front desk, and they offered us a new room for an additional $60, if we did not spend this we would’ve remained in the same room. Other than the door not...

“Had a lot of fun with 2 young kids. Huge, beautiful property. Buffets could be better, food variety and quality was lower than other hotels I’ve stayed in the area. Also their eco initiatives are a bit much - no straws at all and only one beach towel per person per day detracts from the vacation experience ”
