“I did not like the fact that hard rock tries to sell you time shares during your stay. I also did not like that the two pools closet to our building were for timeshare owners or "legend" people. Despite paying top dollar i felt like a second class guest. There were not enough towels sometimes. And it would have been nice to know that parts of the resort including the main pool was under renovation during out stay”

“This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and although it’s not my thing I have to say that I had a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous, and it’s evident that it is brand new as everything is in mint condition. Food was good and breakfast was excellent. Pools and beach are amazing, big ups for serving drinks using premium alcohol!! Gym was really good for being a hotel gym. Lastly, super service from everyone in the staff!”

“Secrets Cap Cana is a beautiful property. It was my first time at an all inclusive and I made an excellent choice. The staff, especially Xiomara and Marisol, provided amazing service. The spa was nice. My massage therapist, Junior, helped me fully relax. Two suggestions, improve the sparkling wine options in the non-preferred section and make the beach towels available earlier than 9:30am. ”
