“The property was well maintained and is in a beautiful location. It is all inclusive but the food options and quality were disappointing. The several restaurants on the property were difficult to get reservations without a long lead time. Some were booked out for several days. You need to plan ahead but can’t make reservations before you arrive. The buffet food was mediocre at best. Room was nice as were the grounds and pools. Many activities at the resort. ”

My significant other and I requested nonalcoholic daiquiri and was served alcohol. This was totally unacceptable as I've have been sober for 24 years. My significant other is also sober and immediately began to vomit. This was a totally loss day of vacation because of their mistake. ”

“Property was spottless, so much vegetation and birds, and yet, no poop anywhere ! The property is huge, with an "ecological passage", a 5 minutes ride to the beach with the train. Rooms are super clean, staff always helpful and smiling. Food is great, with a chocolate fountain, and always pizza, fries, Heinz ketchup and choices for kids (even à la carte restaurants). The beach is amazing, white sand like flour, clear water, no algea or rocks. Overall, a great experience that I recommand. ”

“Small unassuming hotel with clean good rooms, a table and cupboard. There is AC in the room and a ceiling fan. There is no buffet breakfast here, just coffee and cookies. I would definitely recommend this place if this is the kind of budget lace you are looking for. The staff was welcoming. There is water in the room. Toilets were clean.”
