“This was our 2nd spring break trip to the Punta Cana Resort. This year we had a group of 20, 10 adults and 10 kids ages 4-12. We never felt cramped as the house is huge. Joes the butler was wonderful, Juana the local concierge was very responsive and the pre-trip concierge Matilda arranged all of our menu, bar and grocery provisioning, activities, and dinner reservations before we arrived.The house is located very close to the beach club/golf clubhouse. “The house was beautiful and clean. Pool was fabulous and definitely the highlight. Shower heads need to be cleaned to increase water flow. Mosquitoes were out of control. Staff were lovely and helpful. The biggest issue for this place is the area. The beach is terrible. Dirty and smells of sewage. It is not convenient or cost effective for groceries. Not a lot of options for eating out or shopping. We were a large group with kids both young and teenagers. It made us uncomfortable that the kids’...
