“We went for a funeral and stayed in this beautiful home for 15 days. Despite being there when hurricane beryl hit and losing power for a few days Mike and Mr Gilly were great. Very caring and considerate, and ensured we had everything we needed. Now to the home, wasn't sure what to expect .The photos dont do it justice. The home is new, modern, and very clean in a very safe community. Dealing with Mike was great, very responsive, and accomadating. Will be back in September and looking forward to...

“Beautiful location and stunning house and grounds. One of the best parts was the house staff!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Chef Christina was amazing at making meals for the adults and kids! We ended up staying home for every meal! To top off this trip, we have made lifelong friends with BJ. He was incredible with the kids and they will never forget him! ”

“Tripletts on the Bay is one of the best places to stay at. The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house. Having the private beach was perfect - it was clean and easily assessed. “I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. “Shimmering Waters is exactly as advertised and the perfect relaxing getaway for my family to ring in the New Year. We loved the daily breakfasts prepared by Miss Amera the cook and had her come back for dinner to cook the red snapper we caught on our fishing trip! Sir Baker was a great driver and tour guide. “The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up. ”

“The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise. ”

Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."

Problem with transfer

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
