“Me and my family had a wonderful stay here in this home from Dec 23- Jan 7th. Let’s start off by saying the owner Natalie is so sweet and respectful. Inside was so nice and clean, it was very spacious and felt like home. Natalie and her family treated us as if we were her family they were all very welcoming, and if I had any questions or concerns she always was a phone call away. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.”

“Comfortable cozy rooms with spacoius bathrooms. Clean, beautiful with fresh free following air. Service was amazing. I got fast a quick response from management. Our host Vince was always a text or phone call away ,to make sure we experience a comfortable stay. The food made to order by chef and house keeping Ms. Althea was delicious 😋. We were served local cuisine. Location is super convenient, with just 10 minutes drive to the airport. Close to a major shopping center hub in harbor view....

“We went for a funeral and stayed in this beautiful home for 15 days. Despite being there when hurricane beryl hit and losing power for a few days Mike and Mr Gilly were great. Very caring and considerate, and ensured we had everything we needed. Now to the home, wasn't sure what to expect .The photos dont do it justice. The home is new, modern, and very clean in a very safe community. Dealing with Mike was great, very responsive, and accomadating. Will be back in September and looking forward to...

“Tripletts on the Bay is one of the best places to stay at. The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality. The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house. Having the private beach was perfect - it was clean and easily assessed. “I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. “Shimmering Waters is exactly as advertised and the perfect relaxing getaway for my family to ring in the New Year. We loved the daily breakfasts prepared by Miss Amera the cook and had her come back for dinner to cook the red snapper we caught on our fishing trip! Sir Baker was a great driver and tour guide. Good and bad help by the front desk.

"A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. "

"Jättefin resort - flera restauranger och barer. Fina stränder och stort poolområde. Rrevlig personal i restaurangerna och barerna. Bra mat - både i restaurangerna och vid de enklare ställena utomhus. Bra stämning vid poolen med musikquiz, dans m.m. Det som var mindre bra var att det är dyrt att åka till och från flygplatsen samt på utflykt. Utflykt till Montego Bay rekommenderas inte. Upplevdes inte alls genuint och väldigt turistigt. Stanna bara på resorten! Ett minus med resorten, men som säkert gäller på alla ställen på Jamaica är att det är väldigt instängt - det går inte att gå på promenader etc för det är inhägnat (pga säkerhet)."

Problem with transfer

"We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it"
