“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food in the Mo'bay and the Negril and Jerk shacks were good, and the staff very attentive. We were there at the busiest time of the year, so the ala cart restaurant -that we went to, the Japanese one was very slow. But the food was very good. Everyone in our family had a great time. ”

“This was our 4th time to this Hilton resort. It has always been our go to property in Montego Bay for years. This was the first time for Christmas week. The combination of the wall stocked buffet, choice of restaurants, on premises access to a pool, water park and golf course are hard to beat. The prices escalate for Christmas week, but for a resort where we can do most of our activities on premises, we'd return.”

“There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”

“When reading other reviews and they complained about the food options, I thought maybe they were just picky. Nope, the food is not so great. You won’t starve to death, but you won’t be impressed either. We did go to hip strip to eat lunch at The Pelican and the food was amazing. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. You do need reservations for the hibachi restaurant and it was booked our entire stay. Call the front desk to find out the activities for each day, as they are not...
