“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the smiling faces of the staff. They were extremely accommodating in every aspect, and very respectful. The property itself is extremely well kept! Everywhere we went, there was some form of cleaning taking place (landscaping, sanitizing, and painting included). The room was beautiful and clean. The food and entertainment at Grand Palladium were my absolute favorite things (apart from the spectacular views of course)! We are definitely going back!”
