“Loved our room, although it was a bit dated and the "daily cleaning" consisted of replacing towels and making the bed. Pools were great, but noticed on Monday and Tuesday the towels were overflowing at the pool pickup spot and no one was taking care of them. When Kathy came back on Wednesday, she worked her butt off to get it back to normal again. ”
