“Cute 1 BR ground floor apartment with a back patio was comfortable for hubby and I. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, garbage bags dish soap and dishwasher. We rented a car but almost everything was within walkable distance. I would stay here again.”

“Property was clean, plenty of room, one thing is you can hear people upstairs walking around due to the wood floors, wish the vanity in the king bedroom had a little more surface, but felt safe, great area! ”

“This house has a great front porch and lots of area in the back yard. It's in a very interesting local neighborhood with people walking, walking dogs, riding bikes, a million SCAD buses with students. Bedrooms are comfortable, very workable kitchen. It's further eat of the park than we expected. WiFi is poor. ”

Restaurants and gas stations within a mile of the property. Very easy to get to downtown Savannah or Tybee Island from here. We hope to return next year!”

I had been told that I would get info on things to do in the area 24 hrs prior to my arrrival. Did not received, so I requested it again on our first full day and still have not receive anything. “Loved this cozy basement apartment in the Grant Park neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend in ATL. Kelli was fantastic to work with! She was extremely communicative and responsive.The neighborhood is nice and there’s a coffee shop just 2-3 doors down. Walkable to Grant Park and easy street parking. I definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!”

“Like that it’s on the north end of the beach. Easy to get on/off the island. Owners are on site, but didn’t bother us. They have a gas grill that was not on the listing (we never used it). Walking distance to the lighthouse, north beach bar and grill, and a park to walk our dog.”
