“This was a cozy apartment in Savannah located right next to the beautiful Forsyth Park. It was centrally located, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to River Street and Broughton Street where there are many shops and food places. I would definitely stay again. ”

“The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. “We will definately stay here again next time we need to visit atl. My family really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and safe. The garage was also gated and elevators and all the doors could be u locked with the phone. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable for my family. The location was close to georgia tech and all the downtown attractions.”

“Our entire experience was 5 star! Communication with the property managers was excellent and the property was exactly as shown in photos. They had everything we needed at the property in the kitchen and bathroom. We appreciate all of the thought that was put into setting up this rental property and will be recommending it to friends and family!!”

“Stephanie was wonderful from the beginning! I arrived just after a snow/ice storm and she had cleared a path for me down to the apt. Her home was perfect for what I needed- my trip was business, but wished I could’ve explored the neighborhood a bit. Bed was comfortable, TV worked, nice work space! "Stayed at the 4th floor, the noise was unbearable from the airplanes. To be an airport hotel and not have noise cancelling windows is very frustrating. Would not recommend if you need a night sleep. "

Not meeting what is promised

"The appartment was nice, little run down, entrence to hotel nice. We had room on 4th floor, but the walls felt thin because there was so much noice, both from street and other guests. We booked it because we wanted a kitchen. But kitchen was totally empty. We asked the reception and got a kitchen package, which had som plates, forks, spoons and kettles. No knives, no glasses or cups. When we asked again, they said it was not included, but they could give us some plastic cups - which never arrived. Non of the 2 TV was working, it took several exhances before it started to work. Overall, nice entrencence, nice space in the appartment but it really dont live up to expectations."
