“Nice large room. Clean and comfortable bed. Main living area light switch broken and phone had no dial tone. Fire alarm went off that night and we could not get through to on site office only central booking. Took 20-30 minutes till racket stopped but thankfully no fire. Full breakfast including cappiccino machine was good.”

“I booked the Westin for a girls trip with my best friend. It was our first time to Jekyll island and it did not disappoint! Everyone who greeted us was kind and very welcoming! Our room was upgraded to a partial ocean and it was gorgeous! Staring at the ocean all day and night with the lovely sound of the crashing waves!! “It was our beacon after a very long day. Rooms were just as pictured. Very pretty, well put together, and very clean and appointed. Staff and owners were very hospitable and nice. Would definitely stop there again and recommend..thank you”

“The standard is motel-like and good enough. Big rooms, incredibly comfy beds and pillows. Shower not the greatest and worn, but it works. Nice big pool! And there’s a small shop with snacks and beverages. ”

“The front desk service was very pleasant and professional. Although I understand the facility is under renovation, i would be better to make sure rooms are functional. The shower was warm at best and did not drain so you had to stand in water. I let the front desk know and they informed me that maintenance would be notified. My stay was short so I do not know if any resolution was made. ”
