“We vacationed with our kids and some of their friends. The property was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The expansive peninsula had multiple seating areas- all super comfortable and with 360 views of the gorgeous sunsets. The dock fit our boating needs well - the water ferry could almost make it at low tide - and absolutely reached the dock at higher (not just highest) tides. Junior could have helped, but we used our boat to bridge the gap. Snorkeling was fun on the side of the peninsula...

“Great location. Beautiful house with everything we needed inside. Owner was in great communication with me and checked in by text. Great island with alot to explore and great restaurants to eat at. If you want to cook at the house, everythinv is there and very close to grocert store too.”

“We had a fantastic time. The house is in a great location on a very nice part of the beach. Kitchen was well set up, which made things easy for us. Our concierge made everything easy from golf carts to getting a private chef to booking fishing tours. We go every year, but this was the first time at this property. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Wonderful hot water. TV did not work. Internet worked off and on. Slow internet when it did connect. Close to ocean -- just a few steps over the dune -- nice. Comfortable bed. Minimal number of dishes, but enough for 2 people. Refridge worked well. Eating table a little high but OK. Private dock just a little ways away from house on White Sound Bay area -- about 200 feet -- nice. Short walking distance to Abaco Inn. Recommend having a golf cart. Quiet area. Close (20') to other renter's rental...

“4 couples, We all had ample space and our own Bedrooms, all of us were in upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs smell musty/damp, both had Mini-Split units, not sure if that is why. I would not have been happy staying in Either one of them. Grocery store was close. Pick up and drop off from Ferry was seamless, property manager was Great .A cooler available for guests with house with this price tag Would have been a nice touch, as those are difficult to bring, we wanted to take drinks...

“A very traditional Bahamian home in the heat of heart town. Has everything you need except food. A stop at Marsh Harbor grocery might be a good idea if you’re picky about what you like. Three stores on the island however limited choices. You’ll definitely need a golf cart if you want to explore the island.
