“4 couples, We all had ample space and our own Bedrooms, all of us were in upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms downstairs smell musty/damp, both had Mini-Split units, not sure if that is why. I would not have been happy staying in Either one of them. Grocery store was close. Pick up and drop off from Ferry was seamless, property manager was Great .A cooler available for guests with house with this price tag Would have been a nice touch, as those are difficult to bring, we wanted to take drinks...

“This property is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous. We stayed out of season so pretty much had beach to ourselves. I never get tired of the amazing Bahamas water. Even in early September the water is refreshing. The pool is a treat to have and great for a quick cooling off.”

“House did not disappoint. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Pergola out by the beach is very comfortable. Amazing views. Would stay here again for sure. Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough.”

“The house is open and plenty of room. We had two small families, the dual masters were great. Lots of games in living room to play. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and relax. Sunrise on the balcony is incredible. The front porch was so nice to drop snorkel and boat gear. Super easy walk or golf cart ride to boat parking. Plenty of towels made it easy for beach and boat days. Coffee maker took kcups or made a full pot. Kitchen was stocked with Knives and everything...
