“We had a fantastic time. The house is in a great location on a very nice part of the beach. Kitchen was well set up, which made things easy for us. Our concierge made everything easy from golf carts to getting a private chef to booking fishing tours. We go every year, but this was the first time at this property. Would definitely stay again. ”

The house was very comfortable for myself and three friends. We each had our own bedroom and bath. The location gives you a nice option of walking the beach or walking the northern loop of the island which took us about one hour so a guess would be about three miles. “House did not disappoint. You can hear the waves crashing at night from the house. Pergola out by the beach is very comfortable. Amazing views. Would stay here again for sure. Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough.”

“The house is open and plenty of room. We had two small families, the dual masters were great. Lots of games in living room to play. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and relax. Sunrise on the balcony is incredible. The front porch was so nice to drop snorkel and boat gear. Super easy walk or golf cart ride to boat parking. Plenty of towels made it easy for beach and boat days. Coffee maker took kcups or made a full pot.
