“When we arrived, there was no obvious office. Every obvious door was locked, and nobody was around. After walking all around the place, a cleaning lady met us and went to get somebody to help us. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. The beach was closed. It was basically a box with a bed in it. I would very much like a refund. We left the place and went and got a real motel.”

“We enjoyed staying in this wonderful, well-stocked home on the water. Plenty of linens, towels, dishes. Washer and dryer were a plus since there were 6 of us. Having to pay for a taxi to go back and forth to restaurants was costly. It would be better to rent a car. Owner was quick to reply to questions and concerns.”
