“We loved our stay at the hotel. It was very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let us use the coupons we had for $10 off of food in the restaurant, and they wouldn’t provide us with water in exchange for the coupons either. it just didn’t feel very accommodating and seemed kind of cheap that they wouldn’t let us use the coupons they provided us”

“Nice location. Very friendly staff. Nice room. Would have liked coffee and tea in the room. Stayed at the 18th floor and in was quiet. AC very close to one bed and blew pretty strong even on low. Control on wall very hard to navigate but could be related to just this room, 1801. Didn’t tell staff because we could handle it. They have a coffee station in the lobby between 5 am- 7am but would’ve been nice to have the oppertunity to brew some in room in the afternoon. ”

“I love this property! The location is amazing. The rooms could definitely be cleaner but overall it’s great place to stay!”

“Stayed for six nights and didn’t have my room cleaned once. Asked for cleaning three times and was promised cleaning but nothing happened. Front desk staff was rude and also “forgot” to order a cab to take me to the airport which almost made me miss my flight. When you pay almost 300 USD/night you expect good service but at Hyatt Centric it was non existent. ”

“This was a very nice environment! Lots of area to walk my dog. Felt safe to take him out in the middle of the a.m. hours. Well lit. VERY CLEAN ROOM. I was very impressed! Loved the breakfast. although I stopped in around 4:30 a.m. and the coffee was not hot. But a very small complaint, it won't keep me from coming back to LaQuinta!! Staff at front desk were AWESOME!!!”

“Vi behövde ett hotell för övernattning på Portland Airport då vi hade en tidig flygning morgonen därpå. Hotellet hade fått goda recensioner och priset var helt okej. Vi läste dessutom att Shuttle från hotellet till flygplatsen fungerade bra. Mot bakgrund av det slog vi till. Och ja, hotellet var helt okej, ungefär som stora hotell på en flygplats brukar vara. Det fanns restaurang som hade öppet till 22.30 vilket var ett stort plus. Shutteln fungerade perfekt så vi är nöjda. ”

“Easy parking, lots of shopping and dining options close by. One negative - we called and asked for early check in 3 days prior. Confirmed 11am checkin for an additional $25. Drove 3 hours, arrived, only to be told that they were at max capacity the night before so rooms were not ready until 4pm.. Volleyball tournament, memorial event, and a corporate event were all happening that day. Should not be difficult to check capacity or provide better service than that. ”

“Sure! Here’s a shorter version: ⸻ Great hotel, but sketchy neighborhood Hotel deLuxe is beautiful, clean, and full of charm. The staff were friendly and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. Only downside was the surrounding area it felt a bit sketchy at night. Still, the hotel itself was excellent.”
