“Staff was great. Facilities were excellent. We found at check-in a piece of dirty dental floss on the shower soap tray. Not a big deal but this is a downtown hotel charging a not budget price. I know good help is hard to find these days but somebody should be checking the room after it is readied for a new guest. The front desk was told, the manager and housekeeper came to look and all was well…except, after they left, I found that there was hair in the corner next to the shower. Perhaps...

“It was overall a good place to stay. Room was spacious. Elevators are throughout the building. It was very cold in temperature in the foyer and the Hudson restaurant. The pool had warm water in it, but the chlorine seemed very strong. Part of my swim suit got bleached out and I had a skin rash that burned my legs after being in the pool 60 minutes. It seems like it needs some freshening up, but would stay again.”
