“Small but quaint. Absolutely perfect location though. Beach out back was steps away from the water. Everything in the hose worked as advertised. Only complaint was that we had 6 people staying and there were only 4 coffee cups. Ben and the other staff brought us more but it took a couple of days. ”

“We have never stayed in a beach front home. This home was literally 30 steps to the ocean.Super clean accommodation’s with a salt water pool - a one of kind on the island. We walked to coffee and dinner and just short drive from the shops and stores. Another high light was the bonfire on the beach.”

“This is a great base for exploring the island. I hired a car which meant that all the beautiful beaches were very easily commutable and some absolute gems within a 10 min drive. There are bikes available at the property along with beach chairs, towels, umbrella and some brilliant lilos. These are a very nice touch and made our stay all thay more enjoyable. “Great location of the price. If you want to be away from the crowd and able to drive to the beach easily this place fits well for a great price. We loved pool all to ourselves, the kitchen was well stocked with basics allowing us to make our own meals. The bed is a comfortable king. Kelly is a wonderful host. There is a lot of construction happing around the house but still very private. ”

“Central to beaches and great restaurants this cottage is perfect for your stay in Providencialis. It has everything you need and nothing you do not. The pool and surounding patios are a welcoming reprieve from a day on the beach. Beautiful Grace Bay and Sapodilla beaches are a must do! The hosts were very welcoming and provided an escort to the cottage. This helped us easily navigate the island. We loved our stay at this cottage. It will always be our TC home”
