“The hotel is clean and have very good and friendly staff. But it is listed as an VIP/gold hotel and they don’t follow the gold/VIP benefits. As for upgrading the room they say it is not included even though you are a gold member. So they should not have the VIP/gold statues as hotel on hotels.com. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and gave me pain after some days. But they are good for a night or two. Very close to central Auckland, lying next to queen street.
