“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”

“Location is brilliant Food is good bit pricey but good nonetheless. Staff were good - although I would say that information management from restaurant & front desk needs to be improved. Was asked to pay a bill that was already paid at check out which I refused; took them a very long time to find the receipt of the payment that was made. This should not happen at check out. Cleanliness & general maintenance and upkeep of hotel is needed. Otherwise a safe place to stay when I'm Lagos.”
