“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”

“My goodness where do I start? Ok food was great ate their buffet the whole Time I was there,so great dinning experience.Rooms were clean good beddings clean bathrooms and staff response time was excellent and I will definitely be coming back.”
