“This is my second time at this location I was very impressed the first time specially at how wonderful all the staff was. But this time we had a bad experience from 2 of your bartenders at the snack bar they were rude and no idea what’s costumer service is. My boyfriend and I sat there waiting for someone to serve us and they just ignore us 2 other guys come in and they serve them as soon as they got there me and y boyfriend waited about 10-15 until I asked one of the girls if they were going...

“From start to finish it was a horrible experience! We had to change key cards three times, there was no hot water, no WiFi, no working tv. Our room was in poor condition and they really need to look after their installations better. They made several mistakes with our booking resulting in me getting charged three times! The check in took close to an hour. The staff was rude and not helpful at all and not a single time did we get an apology or any kind of compensation. A huge disappointment! ”

“This is a lovely hotel at the Pacific coast, a few hours drive from Guatemala City. Outstanding service from lovely staff. Nice albeit crowded pool areas. Do not consider if you need good Wi-Fi. It only works, and badly so, in common areas. That said, we would definitely stay here again. ”
