“Literie tres propre matelas et surtout les oreiller etais vraiment confortable, endroit pres de tout les commoditer Super C.. restaurant et attrait touristique expl: le biodome qui est a 9 minute a pied, pres de lhopital maisonneuve 15 minite de voiture , un coup rentrer dans l'emplacement on si ai sentie en securiter, sul petit bemol la derniere nuit les personne du haut on fait du bruit tard et il fesais un peux froid juste peu etre ajuster un peux haut la température ☺️ mais si non...

“We had a comfortable stay at Chez Francois. Our room faced the street, but was surprisingly quiet. Access to the park was lovely, and we enjoyed walking in the Plateau neighborhood nearby. This place is not convenient the Metro, however. ”

“This place was perfect for the 2 of us. It is in a safe and beautiful neighbourhood and the communication with the host was excellent. When we checked in we were immediately impressed with how clean it was - both inside and out. We highly recommend this VRBO to a single person or couple who wish to visit Montreal.”

“LOVED my stay here. I’d choose this place over any fancy hotel any day. Louise (spelling?) was so nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. “We left immediately. 1) the owner would not let us see the room unless we registered. This is when we found out that: 2) our "Executive Room" did not have a bathroom: the bathroom is shared (the room description included "bathroom or shower", not mentioning it was shared). 3) the main floor is a complete mess; there is no place to sit for all the junk piled up everywhere. Poor breakfast. Reception staff not trained.

"Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack of drains."
