“I had chosen the hotel because I am an asthma patient and this hotel has the wooden floors. I requested a non smoking floor at the time of booking. But I was given a floor where every room was full of cigarette smoke and I couldn’t sleep the first night and after repeated request , they changed the room on the morning of the next day. I also lost an expensive ring which I kept on the bedside.booked 2 rooms and was on business trip . I couldn’t work the next due to bad health and sleepless...
