“Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. “The Villa was very nice, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms worked well. The outdoor area is spacious and clean. The pool is very big and very clean. I had a surprise Birthday party for my dad and it was a great time. Cons were the wifi never worked for us so we had very limited communication with the outside world. “My sister and her husband and their almost 2 year old daughter joined me and my husband and our 18 year old daughter for a relaxing week at Villa Nueva Romana. The house was spacious, well appointed, clean and met our needs very well. There were a couple of small issues (broken toilet seat, broken pool net), which were addressed immediately upon bringing them to the owner's attention. we would stay there again.”
