You will enjoy a studio of 28 m², in a private residence, quiet, two minutes walk from the beach, with free access to the pool.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, lounge area with two sofas convertible into beds, bathroom with bathtub. Covered terrace with sea view.
Free private parking. Sheets and towels extra.

- Living room area with a bench that converts into two single beds and a sofa that converts into a double bed

- Separate WC
- Covered balcony of 9 m² exposed east to enjoy the morning sun, equipped with a dining table for 4 guests and 2 deck chairs, plancha. You will see the sea from the balcony!

- Outdoor swimming pool of about 110 m² not heated, open from June 1st to September 15th
- Free outdoor parking dedicated to the residence, without assigned space

- About 500 m from the residence, you will find all the local shops: butcher caterer Lorenzoni, bakery, sports store, florist, restaurants, mini-markets and Casino supermarket...
