“We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was nice and clean, with good coffe available in the room which was welcome after drinking Nescafe for a few days. The breakfast buffét had lots of options and everything was as expected on this point from one of the best hotels in Bansko. ”

“The location is good, parking facilities in the basement (extra charge), pool and sauna ok, too crowded at breakfast and dinner and food not great. Skiing area is nice but the waiting for the gondola to go up the mountain is at least 1,5 hrs between 8 am - 11.30 am (not enough capacity during popular skiing times such as February).”

“I stayed at the Euphoria for 4 nights. It was during summer so I was pretty alone but there is not much I can complain about. It was a great experience.”

“Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all ”
