“The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. ”

“Perhaps it's my fault for not reading the initial listing for Guest House 32 closely enough, but I was unaware the toilet and shower were shared. The Expedia listing is confusing because it clearly states: "Extra conveniences in all rooms include: Rainfall showers and hair dryers". “I have been going to Bulgaria for the past twenty years and the country has developed in leaps and bounds. But it has to be said that many areas of the country retain both their culture and way of life and this is true of this Hotel. “From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run...

“It's the second time I have visited this hotel.. Sadly the hotel owner was not there this time we visited.. The young man left to run the place showed not interest in us. He was only present for payment for the room... The rest of our stay he was partying with his friends until the early hours of the morning. Loved Chernomorts, but will use a different hotel next visit ....”

Classic hotel

"We stayed here for 3 nights. A classic 5 star hotel in the very city center. We liked this atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, just what we expected. I liked the coffee machine, making very tasty coffee. As we were tourist we thought the location was perfect with walking distance to the tourist attractions, very short walk to the metro. It was convenient to take the metro all the way to the airport. The only issue was the price for breakfast, costed more than an excellent dinner in a restaurant. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, we found several cafés in the neighborhood. We were happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel."

Cool hotel but not so personal.

"A very high class hotel. Clean and everything in place. I do wish they would ask people to smoke away fron the entrance. It's not do nice to step out into 15 people smoking. I was also slightly surprised that the breakfast didn't have more assortment of fresh bread and also no real freshly squeezed orange juice. "

"Tyckte rummet var riktigt bra. Stort och rymligt. Badrummet och duschen var osså bra med ett undantag och det var att det luktade illa från avloppet hela tiden men det gjorde det på de flesta toaletter runt om på restauranger etc så jag tror det är ett problem med avloppssystemet i hela Sofia. Frukosten var osså helt okej Servicenivån är inte superbra iaf inte om man jämför med hur det är i Sverige men jag tror att det kommer bli bättre"

"Vi använde hotellet för att övernatta 1 natt då vi skulle resa vidare dagen efter. Vi valde det för att det ligger 100 meter från gågatan som är full med affärer och restauranger, 500 meter till närmaste metro om man ska till flygplatsen eller annan plats i Sofia. Säkert område, väldigt centralt och hyfsade faciliteter. Det enda som kan påpekas är frukosten som innehåller mindre val än de hotell vi varit på eller är vana vid. Men det var OK och räcker fint för att mätta en inför en heldag i Sofia."
