“Perfect for myself, mom and two teenage daughters. Conveniently Located. Warm and cozy. The only negative I’d say is the beds were harder than we like. Other than that, next time I visit Erie, we will be staying again!”

“The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. “This older home has 2 apartments. We stayed in the lower level. It was large, clean & comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was great. There were additional nice touches like some food left for us. The location was great-A quick drive to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.”

The house has 3 bedrooms (all queen beds) and 2 full baths with a nice size kitchen (with so many amenities), dining room table for 4 and another area for 2 to dine. The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit. “For the 3 of us, it was great. We enjoyed the Presque isle hiking trails, kayaking and boat tour spread out over 3 days. Local meadery was a nice find. Campfire Friday and Saturday nights. Place was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen, we did one load of laundry, nice to go back with clean clothes.”

“Property wad cute, but walls were paper thin. You heard your neighbors and smelled whatever they were cooking. There was no diswasher or air conditioning and bathroom was too far from the bedroom.”
