“We stayed at this property for 5 days. It is relatively close to LaGuardia Airport and easy to find. It truly is in a neighborhood with a bodega and several small restaurants within walking distance (try Gordo's Cantina on St Nicholas). The apartment was adequately furnished and clean, the beds were comfortable. It appears that it has recently been painted and updated. The hallways and elevator were also very clean. The property manager was very responsive to any questions throughout the visit....

The location in Lenox Hill is a relatively quiet one for the city, with easy access to subway, museums, Central Park, wonderful restaurants and convenient grocery stores. Checking in process was very easy, the apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and updated. We definitely hope to be back! ”

“Very cool neighborhood, near lots of cool spots (less than 2 block walk from bars, CVS, bodegas, bakeries, you name it). The property itself has tons of beds, a cool living room/kitchen area, it is very clean, and it had all the necessaries (towels, towel paper, blankets). 9 guys stayed here and we had more than enough room. Will come back if we have another bachelor party”
