“Location was excellent. Safe. Easy access. Private outdoor space. Everything in the apartment worked as expected, and there were more than enough appliances and kitchenware to manage any meal we chose to create. Regular and easy communication when wanted. Our group had a great visit, and we would stay there again.”

“Accommodations were very clean, comfortable and nicely located. We wanted to experience Harlem and have easy access to Downtown NYC. Both were achieved. The apartment is in a historically rich section of town and a pleasant neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. ”

“Took my granddaughters and daughters to NYC the week after Christmas. We wanted lots of room to spread out rather than a hotel room. This apartment fit the bill. We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. The elevator opened directly into our apartment which was pretty cool. The host was very responsive our needs.”

“The location is fantastic, Easy walk to Empire State Building, Times Square, a ferry terminal, and Grand Central Terminal. Our host was very communicative and responsive. The building has some character. The apartment is modest but functional. The four of us were very comfortable.”

“This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! ”

“This was my first visit to NYC and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Even though we had 3 flights of stairs it was still well worth the location. And easy communication with our host. We had a great stay. ”

“The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. It had 2 nice sized bedrooms and a large living room. From every corner of the apartment you had an amazing view. The check in process and communication during stay was easy. Will love to stay here again in our next visit.”

“We had a great time in NYC and our family really enjoyed staying in Chelsea. The location is great. Plenty of restaurants and shops on the 8th Ave, subway stations on the 7th and 8th Ave. so no problems reaching all places in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Bronx. Short 10 min walk to the High Line, slightly longer to the Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. You can walk to Soho and Cornelia St. (yeah, my daughter is TS fan). “one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

One week stay

"Got an upgrade during check-in, from Full Pod to a Queen Pod, which was a nice touch. The staff I was talking to was nice as well. The room was great in overall, even though its small size. For a solo traveler it was no problem at all. Not that noisy, neither from the outside nor from the hallway. Good air condition as well. The only downside was the cleanliness when I first entered it. The chair was covered in dust, the table and also the accessories on the table. The floor mat was covered in dirt and dust near the door, but looked okay in the other parts of the room. Also the door itself looked pretty filthy with stains. The bathroom was clean, however. The hotel's location is very good, with walking distance to the subway, Time Square, restaurants, bars and many other things. The area outside felt safe in daytime, but can sometimes feel a bit uncomfortable at night - about 3-400 meter east from the hotel (some kind of construction work of that street) where some strange people are hanging out. "

"Vi bodde precis på Times Square. Det var verkligen härligt! Tack och lov bodde vi på våning 35 men ändå hördes pulsen från området utanför till sent på natten. Vi stördes inte av det dock."
