It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. “I just needed a night in the city and a bed and this worked. The sensor to get to the lockbox doesn't always react, but it was fine otherwise. Not far from a train station either. Really clean and met my simple needs. ”

“Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own...

“I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom.
