“I'm glad that the listing no longer includes breakfast in the amenities list, because there is none. Owner did make some good restaurant recommendations when asked. A surprising lacking amenity was shampoo/conditioner, so take your own -- this is a budget hotel, quaint (decked out for the season) and sufficient. I think some posted store/office hours that are kept by owner or friend when she's busy would be a plus -- The photo shows the cute gift shop, one of the reasons I chose this location,...

“My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. ”

“The cottage was the perfect size for our family. It was decorated so beautifully, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. The host was lovely and very responsive. We would love to come back again.”
