“Hotel Pratt is a very convenient place to stay in Cooperstown. You can easily walk to the Hall of Fame Museum and the shops on Main Street. The free parking on the premises is a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable and I had no complaints. The owner responded to all inquiries quickly. ”

“This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!”

“This property was perfect for our getaway. We booked the house to blend a visit to Cooperstown with some lakeside down time. We were not disappointed. The property was pristinely clean upon arrival and offered everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the View. It's hard to tear your eyes away from the lake. Brendon was super helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“The house was very well kept and clean. We loved the location of the house (15 min. to Dream Park, so close to 3 local breweries, and was in a country setting). The beds were very comfortable. We used the laundry facilities onsite which was so clean! Only thing that would have made the house absolutely perfect, would be to have a 2nd shower rather than a bathtub upstairs. We did know this however before we booked, but quickly realized the need for it once we stayed here with 8 people! ...

“We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.”
