Friendly staff, nice view to the sea
"Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’ll be back to this hotel because of the staff, beautiful beach, spacious room, and nice view to the sea. I want to mention two problems and I hope that hotel management finds this review as I hope that this hotel could improve to its best version. Housekeeping staff were very nice, but they need a supervisor to check their work on cleaning the bathtub especially when a guest just checks in to a fresh room. They had skipped cleaning the bathtub. It was not clean when we checked in to our room. They didn't check if any shampoo or other amenities are left in the bathroom. I had to call the reception twice to ask for hand soap and body wash as there was nothing left. I guess they just had not the routine to check these things.
The hotel management needs to check the air conditioning system. Our room was in the fourth floor, but the smell of the frying oil and food preparation came from the kitchen to all the corridors in the fourth floor, almost inside our room by the door.
Moreover, air conditioning in our room did not work and when I asked the receptionist they informed me that air conditioning starts running from 14th April. We stayed in the hotel 1st April till 6th. The problem was not that it was warm at night, rather I felt stuck in a room with no air flow. I didn’t want to keep the window open during sleep. We were generally satisfied with our stay because of the welcoming and nice staff. Thanks. "
