Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. “Wonderful quiet place, just outside of Amsterdam (20min. drive to downtown). Surounded by boats and other houseboats. Very clean and cozy. Equipped with everything we needed. Instructions where easy to follow and communicate with Anne quick and very friendly. Airplanes is really the only thing you can hear every once in a while, due to the proximity to the airport. It was perfect for us, since we headed out the next day. Took us 10 min. to the airport. We enjoyed our quick stay very much.”

“The houseboat was right in the middle of central so you could basically walk to every spot. It’s also in a nice quiet area. Sometimes tour boats go by the window which was a bit odd but other than that amazing place. ”

“Wonderful experience. Martyn was very hospitable. The location is quiet and across from the zoo. Waking up to elephants and zebras was incredible. We enjoyed a nice hit tea on top of the boat in the mornings while we watched boaters and swimmers come by. We truly enjoyed this property and it’s fully stocked kitchen supplies. ”

“This houseboat is not fancy - but it is as comfortable as being at a friend's cabin - we didn't want to leave. “We had a truly wonderful stay on Robertino and Carl's boat. The property is stunning, beautifully situated and equipped with every amenity you could think of. We enjoyed cooking in their well stocked kitchen, spent our evenings on deck watching the defilé of boats pass by and slept deeply on the very comfortable beds. Even though the boat is located on a busy canal, it is very peaceful and private. Thank you for making this such a memorable stay.”
