“The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus. The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring). “I've been coming to Hotel Palace for the last 3 years in the heat of the summer and I must say I was pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and the personal attention that is given to each guest. For us specifically, we had the manager, amazing lady, telling us about the past of the hotel industry in Bulgaria, the history of the region and many more local tips that made our stay great. We will come back with our friends again in August - looking forward! ”

“The hotel itself is of a good quality. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds and shower are really good. The environment is great; with a view on the Rila mountains. Unfortunately all this is being 'wiped out' because of the unbearable noise from the restaurant below the hotel. The noise starts in the afternoon until midnight.
