Detta vackra loft vid havet ligger i SotoGrande i det exklusiva området Cap Cana, som ligger cirka 15 minuter från Punta Cana flygplats. Cap Cana är en gated utveckling med en marina, golfbanor, häststall, zip-foder, stränder och god mat! Vi ligger inom gångavstånd från Sanctuary Hotel, Secrets och Juanillo Beach.

Loft Life har totalrenoverats och innehåller alla helt nya sängkläder, köksartiklar, möbler och tillbehör. Det är ett loft på tredje våningen med välvt tak som har kök, 1/2 badrum och vardagsrum nere. På övervåningen finns ett sovrum med en king size-säng och badrum med separat toalett och duschkabin. Om du uppskattar en plats som inkluderar allt du behöver är den här platsen för dig.

Det var två saker som sålde oss på detta loft.

1. Vyerna är helt fantastiska. Det finns inga bättre vyer i hela Cap Cana (vi såg mycket). Den gyllene timmen med en mojito på vår uteplats är en av våra favorit saker att göra!

2. Integriteten här är något du inte hittar på andra orter. Vi ville inte behöva kämpa för strandstolar, vänta i långa rader, lyssna på smala hotelldörrar och känna att vi skulle krånlas hela tiden. När vi går bort till stranden vill vi kunna få god mat, roligt och sova lugnt på natten.

YES...Book it!!!
My Wife and I stayed here late February-early March 2024. Lets start out with the most important basics. Communication with owner was ALWAYS prompt and courteous. Cleanliness of property was excellent. Bed was comfortable and views were SPECTACULAR! This unit is exactly as pictured. What we especially liked: We had the very large pool practically to ourselves the entire stay (We saw at most five other people there when we were at the pool and the same was true for the beach area), unit was an easy 15 minute trip from the airport and Punta Cana, everyone must pass through security when entering the Cap Cana area, resort was nice and quiet and the views the views the views!!!! Possible down sides: Fairly good walk from reserved parking spot (staff can provide transport via golf cart when you check in for a little tip), hot tubs were not functioning, steps leading to bedroom totaled 19, and overall resort (NOT UNIT) in need of MINOR cosmetic repairs which they were actually in the process of undertaking while we were there with only minimal disruptions. If you go, be sure to check out nearby Juanillo Beach which was one of our favorites. Finally, would we rent this unit again? YES!

wonderful view!
Great property, must have rental car because it is not within walking distance of anything. Was disappointed that we were not informed ahead of time of all the renovations going on at Soto Grande. No Hot Tubs ....looked like they haven't been used for quite some time. The property was beautiful and all of the employees were exceptional.

Amazing Vacation
Our stay at the loft at Sotogrande was amazing. The view from the unit is spectacular and we enjoyed every second of it. Getting around Cap Cana was very easy via taxi and everyone was always very polite and helpful! We will definitely be back- Juanillo Beach was our favorite spot!

Private escape
We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet stay at SotoGrande It was an easy jaunt from the PC airport and to several restaurants We used taxis If you want a place to get some R and R this would be the spot Despite the sea weed, which was cleaned daily, our beach was the best we visited Man, those guys worked hard to make sure we had a clean beach Top notch service from first contact through the end of our trip If we decide to go back, we will rent again from Kelly Thanks for sharing your retreat with us

Would be almost perfect if not for seaweed
Unfortunately the amount of seaweed disrupted the beautiful view and our ability to swim in the ocean. The water looked brown and I did not want to swim in it or even walk along the shore. Workers were shoveling it up but it was impossible to manage and also smelled bad near the large piles. We ended up driving an hour away to find a pretty beach to enjoy. The condo was secure, safe, and quiet. We saved our location once we found it to help us navigate to it better. It’s easy to get turned around. We were unable to find open restaurants such as “little John” that was often mentioned. A car is needed. When we tried to walk along the beach, we were stopped by security. there seemed to be a lot of construction around and was very deserted. When we arrived there were ants coming in under the front door and making there way into the kitchen sink/counter/cabinets. We found spray and that seemed to helped but made me weary of cooking. The place was very cozy and cute. I loved the bathrooms. The king size bed was great. Unfortunately, the top blind could not be opened for us to enjoy the view from upstairs. I would stay here again if the seaweed was gone. Once we got the hang of driving around and finding some spots to eat it was better. The owner is very kind and easy to communicate with.

Our Condo was in excellent shape, well appointed and everything worked great. The pool was very large and very clean. A bit remote but once we found the restaurants in Cap Cana all was well.

Recent stay in paradise!
We just spent a week here in paradise! The loft condo is beautifully decorated. It’s modern and clean and has all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully stocked, the WiFi is great and added bonus-it has Netflix. The loft bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves lapping on the beach and waking up to to the breathtaking views. It is a corner unit and the panoramic views of the Caribbean are amazing. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings on the balcony while drinking our coffee/cocktails enjoying the views and the non-stop Caribbean breeze. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded vacation away from the crowds this place is for you. We practically had the beach and pool to ourselves the entire week. We rented a car and enjoyed dinner out each night. There are many great restaurants close by and we even ventured out of Cap Cana. On the way from the airport to the condo we stopped at the supermarket per Kelly’s suggestion for water, ice. cocktail makings, breakfast and lunch items. The pool and beach are situated in close proximity to the condo so it was very convenient to stop back up for snacks or refresh our cocktail while lounging at the pool/beach. Kelly is a great host- was very helpful and promptly answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend staying here. Our only regret is that we had to leave! We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Kelly for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Property
This condo and property were exactly what my wife and I were looking for. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and quiet. This Flat is actually part of a community of condos, including a large pool and a private beach. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you would possibly need, and more! We bought some groceries on our way from the airport at the National Supermarket, and prepared our breakfasts and lunches every day, and chose to only leave the property in the evenings for meals and to explore. The owner of the Loft, Kelly, was spectacular right from the very beginning and throughout our entire stay. She even stayed on the phone with us as we were trying to find our way from the airport the first night! She talked us right to the condo! We rented a car, and had a very good experience with the whole process. You can use credit cards on the island, but not debit cards. You can also use U.S. dollars, but will likely get pesos back as your change, which is fine. Another tip--make sure you make arrangements with your cell phone carrier before you leave for international service. Otherwise your apps won't work--such as your Google maps, and translation app!

Perfect Honeymoon
Kelly and Pablo have a beautiful place. It is just as advertised. If your looking for a place that is out of the hustle of the big all-inclusive resorts this is your place. It lacks a few amenities (ie bar/resteraunt on premise) but having a full kitchen helps a lot, be sure to stop at the grocery store on the way. Sanctuary Town is a great place next door for the weekends as in December it is closed during the week. Littlejohns is a nice dinner option a few days. We also traveled to Marina that had a a nice wine bar and a few restaurants. The view from the Condo is priceless. If you can't speak spanish make sure you brush up as the language barrier in Cap Cana is a challenge. I suggest renting a car as well as all shopping is outside of the Cap Cana gates. Overall we have a perfect Honeymoon and highly recommend this property.

It was perfect, the pictures were accurate, it's like heaven, the swimming pool was just for us most of the time, no people trying to sell you time shares or resorts. No loud music or any kind of fitness class going on. The view to the ocean was great.

Breath taking and relaxing
Upon arrival, we found the condo clean and luxurious with updated appointments. This was enhanced upon seeing the breathtaking ocean views from every vantage point. To ensure all was right, Kelly was in constant contact to ensure everything was to our liking. We felt at home and relished our return when away seeing other secluded parts of Cap Cana! Her home was secure and safe allowing us to fully take in the ocean breeze while on a relaxed vacation. There is no question in my mind that we would/will go again. Private Getaway
The property is very clean and nicely laid out. You are staying in someone's condo. There are no restaurants, bars or room service onsite. This is amazing because this also means you are not fighting for chairs at the pool, listening to loud parties etc. You literally have your own private beach for us it was way better than a crowded all inclusive resort. You have all the comforts of home on the beach. There are plenty of restaurants a short distance away in the Marina or even near the airport. We ate at El Burrito three times in 5 days, it is that good! The property is located in Cap Cana, which is very safe, secure and easy to get around. We rented a car and we are so glad we did. We were initially nervous about renting a car after seeing so many negative things on Tripadvisor. There was nothing negative about our experience driving in Cap Cana. The area is so quite and peaceful and you will feel very comfortable there. Kelley is amazing, gave us plenty of suggestions and was quick to answer any questions we had. The condo itself is clean and well laid out with a beautiful view. It also is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and spices if you select to cook at home. We didn't cook much but warmed leftovers often. We loved it hear and will back!

Most attentive owner ever!
Kelly really wants your stay to be perfect and checks in to make sure everything is as you want it. It 15 years of renting places, never had such an attentive owner. The place is beautiful and views are even better than the photographs. Beach towels are provided and the bathroom towels were very soft. The pool is huge and the place is very quiet. Always pool loungers or beach cabana available while we were there at the beginning of April.

Loved Loft Life
We have just returned home from our wonderful vacation at Sotogrande. I’m not sure how they did it, but Kelly and Pablo have found a little piece of paradise. The condo has amazing ocean views, and we fell asleep each night listening to the crashing of the waves. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and Kelly was was quick to reply if we had any questions. The resort itself is very quiet, but a short walk up the beach takes you to The Sanctuary a beautiful all inclusive resort and a little further, is an awesome beach bar called Little Johns. I would recommend getting a car because Cap Cana is very spread out. Taxi’s are very cheap inside Cap Cana, but don’t come as promptly as you might like.

Beautiful location
We have just spent a week in Kelly’s beautiful condo. The view was spectacular and the condo itself was more than we could hope for. Kelly kept in touch and was very helpful through our entire stay with all of the information we needed for the condo and the area in general. After a few days of getting taxis to various places within Cap Cana, which were only $3 each, we decided a car would be most helpful and ventured out to other areas of Punta Cana. Taxis from the airport to the condo are $30. I recommend the car as opposed to the taxis. Stop at Nacional Supermercado when you leave the airport and stock up on water and other necessities; it is across the road from the airport. We found good meals in the Blue Mall as well as in the area by the Nacional Supermercado. Within Cap Cana, you can find a list of restaurants available to you at CapCana . com. We had very good WiFi service at the condo as well as at the pool. We also were pleasantly surprised with the availability to watch Netflix. The entire SotoGrande property was very nice and the staff very accommodating. We would gladly come back to this condo again!

Comforts of home but with a spectacular view!
My husband and I stayed 10 days at Loft Life and couldn’t have had a better time. Kelly was an incredible host, always responding quickly and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The amenities in the loft were great; laundry worked great and the Netflix option was a nice way to take a break from the sun. The resort was quiet - which we love. The staff was extremely nice and the food was great. We would highly recommend this property and resort and will definitely be back. Thank you, Kelly!

Best week ever!
This had everything we were looking for and more than we expected. We loved that we were away from the large crowded hotels but we could walk the mile to Juanilla to eat at La Mona or Little Johns or we could take a cab for $3 USD. Kelly reco’ed we stop at Supermercado Nacional so our driver did so - and came in and helped us shop (BTW - Brugal Rum/best +Brucelo mix - we bought coconut and pineapple in jugs). Kitchen had everything we needed. Great running in the newly paved development next door. Clean pool. Open windows every day and night to the sound of the surf. This condo location cannot be beat because you have constant sea breeze and shade because of the corner location. Perfect for us - I wouldn’t change a thing and we hope to be back!

Million Dollar Views!!
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we LOVED every minute of it! Those turquoise ocean views were absolutely amazing! The condo was very inviting & offered comfortable accommodations. We enjoyed having a king size bed & master bath upstairs, separate from the main living area. It was great having a kitchen too as we bought a lot of our own groceries/liquor. Although we enjoy preparing some of our own meals, there is an “all inclusive” option, which we did do one day ($150 includes all food/drinks). We stayed in Cap Cana the whole week and did not need a car. Cab rides anywhere within Cap Cana are only $3. The marina is a fun place to visit with lots of different restaurants choices. My husband went deep sea fishing and we also did a couple excursions at Scape Park. I would recommend checking out the “Hoyo Azul” or blue hole at Scape Park, that was very cool. The resort itself—Alsol Del Mar—was very nice, clean & well maintained. We were always able to find a chair at the beach or pool and never had to deal with a crowd of people. The staff at the resort were very welcoming and always friendly & helpful. Kelly was great to deal with as well, quick to answer any questions we had before or during our stay. It was a very relaxing vacation for us. I would definitely come back here & would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beautiful Dominican Republic!

The views are breathtaking! The location on the property is great! Near the pool and beach yet peaceful and quiet. The loft was perfect and met all our expectations!! I would definitely recommend this property! Kelly was very helpful and responded to all my questions and concerns!!

Fantastic location in a great resort. Owner really attentitive to all our questions
Beautiful condo directly on the beach. Everything was just as was advertise and my wife and I both enjoyed everyday. We rented a car and would advise because there is plenty of places to check out around the coastline area. Very safe and clean.

Beautiful !
Clean, bright, great views. Everything was perfect. If you stay at Kelly"s place you won't be disappointed. She is very attenative to your every need. If we go back we would love to rent again.

Beautiful condo but very remote
The condo was as beautiful as described & shown in the photos.Comfy bed, soft linens & towels.The pool was amazing & the restaurant on site had good food at decent prices. There are many other options for food in the Cap Cana area but car/taxi are required & expect to pay more for your meals. We were fortunate to find Little John at Juanillo Bay & Api at the marina. Both highly recommended. We did not find anyplace to go at night to enjoy drinks.This is a very quiet, relaxed community. We had a few issues at the condo, itself. None the fault of the owner. Things break every once in awhile & it happened while we were there! The internet worked initially then went out & was down for a couple of days.TV picture went bad, static & fuzzy. We were told cable was coming, they never did. Picture went in & out our entire stay. Internet came on for the last day & a half. We were told cable co. was coming one morning but they never showed up. Power went out one night. There was no weather in the area & all other condos had power. Owner alerted us to the location of the breaker box. Master switch had turned off so we reset it & were good to go. Apparently maintenance had been alerted that we had no power & they showed up at almost midnight to check it.This was an hour & a half after we had power restored from flipping the breaker. No one contacted them to tell them they didn't need to come at midnight, after all. The worst issue...no hot water. Showering the first night the water was slightly warm & we thought this might be the norm in the area. Advised Kelly the next day & she said it was supposed to be hot. Someone came out to check it & turned up the water heater. My boyfriend took a hot shower that night & that was the only time, in 6 days, we had hot water. It never got hot again. So we had no hot water for, basically, the entire 6 days & no a.c. for the last 2.5 days. Last issue I'll mention is the lack of a stove. The amenities listed a stove so we purchased items to cook before arriving. There was no stove. Kelly stated that a stove was not in her listing for amenities but then realized that her condo listing hadn't been updated to NOT include a stove. There was only a stove top & a George foreman grill available for cooking. Though we had a lot of "hiccups" it was a good vacation. The owners were very patient with us & our frequent communications & tried to make sure things were right so we would enjoy our stay.
