“We really appreciated how easy and quick it was to communicate with the host. It was clean and felt safe. With a family of 6 we were happy to have beach toys and beach chairs. There was shampoo and conditioner and basic kitchen essentials and plenty of towels, and having a washer dryer was so helpful. The security gate people were always friendly and helpful. This was a great stay we highly recommend it. The beach is at the far end of the complex and that was a big bonus.”

“Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back.”

“This apartment was perfect. It had beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Everything worked in the apartment and they provided everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels were large and there were beach chairs along with snorkeling gear. ”

“This property is certainly convenient and is close to the beach and restaurants. The street is quiet and the apartment is well taken care of. I would not rave about the building itself, it is modest and fine. For the price it is good. ”

“This was a great property. It was clean and Carmen made sure we felt welcome. The pools were great and the kids played in them everyday. Carmen even had a basketball so we could play on the courts. The condo is very well stocked, she even had sandwich bags, a cooler and chairs to take on our many beach outings. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, beach toys and anything else you could think of. The lanai was nice for sitting out in the morning drinking coffee, which I had forgot to get filters for...

“This condo was the perfect location for us to use as a home base while we explored the eastern side of Puerto Rico! It is right next to the marina which offers multiple snorkeling tour opportunities. Also a short dive to the rainforest as well as the ferry boat to Culebra!The condo itself was clean and exactly as advertised. The beach towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a huge bonus (we used them every day!Rebecca was a great host and communication exceeded our expectations!”
