“The studio is sweet-- well appointed and very clean. I had some trouble with the TV which the owners worked on for quite and while and it was fixed by morning. They were very responsive. Lovely town. ”

“Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. You get used to it, but if you are a light sleeper or have a small kids, it might be a concern.”

“The apartment was clean and well-furnished.The owners Mike and Joyce were extremely responsive to our requests.My only word of caution is that the second bedroom is small and has two twin-sized bunk beds. The top bunk is accessed via a ladder. For a couple with kids this works great. For two adult couples, the couple in the bunk bedroom may not be comfortable.”

“This basement apartment is beautifully updated and well appointed with all the comforts of home in a small space. The small kitchenette was stocked with a pour over coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and sugar. Organic milk and seltzers were provided in the cute little refrigerator. There was adequate space for my stay with a very close friend. This place is best suited for a couple and possibly a couple plus a young child- it’s definitely not enough space for 3 adults. “Upstairs apartment is well furnished and very clean. Couch in living room converts to a bed. Lovely deck with seating to watch the llamas, alpacas, and goats. Great spot for morning coffee. Recommend. ”

“The property is situated in the best part of Newburgh. The apartment has everything you need, all the conveniences of home, but the quaint charm of an historic dwelling with some of the original features (original built in shelfs, etc.). Very close to restaurants, the historic Victorian home distrIct, Washington headquarters, a quick bridge drive over to Beacon, which is also very historic, which led us accidentally to a cute historic town called Cold Springs.”
