“Location location location! What this hotel lacked in newness, cleanliness, and updates it provides with its beach location. We loved having the beach just a short walk to the rear. The unit itself was a little dated. We also could have used some more clarity around policies and whether we needed to clean like an BNB. We enjoyed ourselves though. Our time was wonderful and we got the relaxation we so needed. So definitely a win. ”

“The property was pretty clean and so was the room. However there was a smell of weed and cigarettes in the room we stayed. The light was out in the restroom as well. There was no elevator and we had to drag our suitcase up the stairs. The walls are thin and I could hear the neighbors plus the train in the middle of the night. The price reflected the stay.”

“The check in was slow and the lady checking us in was very troubled with questions of extra towels that we finally got after a lot of sighing. The room was filthy with soda bottles and other trash on the floor and food remains from previous guests in the window. The beds were covered with some plastic wrap under the linen which made it difficult to sleep (noisy and sweaty).
