Hotell med pool i Okanagan Valley

“Pool and facilities were great but the room was a little disappointing. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which had no pillows or sheets, i called the front desk and was informed there were sheets in the dresser in the master bedroom. So we made the bed ourselves, not that i have an issue with making a bed but i was surprised given the price of the room that this wasn't done for us. Our room was also next to a stairwell which got used late and early and was very loud with the door and...

“Property has all you need but is located on the highway. Not pretty but easy to find and lots of parking.”

“Great place out of the hustle and bustle (and homlesness) in Vernon. Appreciated the outside entries, as we had our dog with us. Overall, 'the Castle' was in great shape, and we would really like to see it in the summer once the trees and shrubbery leaf out.”

“Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Best Western. Having two bedrooms was excellent. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. The hotel room could have been cleaner. There was obvious dirt on the door ways and in the bathroom and we found tupperware from a previous person under one of the beds. The breakfast options were fantastic, definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We would stay at the hotel again. ”
