“We enjoyed our stay”

“Wow! The bathroom is terrific; large , roomy, nice towels. Bed is extremely comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped and the host offered a variety of coffees. Quiet, beautiful setting; away from the hustle and bustle yet near to shopping.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Bro Dave's Mountain home! The view was amazing and the proximity to lots of other attractions made the location perfect! We did a nice road bike ride around the block-8 miles and only saw 8 cars. Then we drove for 5 minutes into the state park and rode a nice easy trail, which was perfect. Chattanooga is just 20 ish minutes away, so you can eat at some really good restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the ac worked really well. Thanks Bro Dave!”

“Very secluded area, lots of local stuff to check out, if you want to drive a few minutes. The tiny house was very nice. Enjoyed just lounging around away from it all. 5 STAR”

“Not exactly a river front home unless you’re able to hike to the river. Thankfully, we are hikers. No tv in the bedroom cost me hrs of sleep (I do realize not everyone sleeps with a tv on but I do). Otherwise it was peaceful and relaxing with many waterfalls to hike in the area.”

“We booked the resort for a weekend stay for a girl scout trip. The girls loved the beanbag beds and all the amenities. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to prepare meals for our large group. We had a great trip and are looking forward to staying there again.”

“The property was adorable but we did experience some challenges. The primary main floor bedroom had drawers/storage area that smelled like cat pee. There is a moisture problem. We saw black mold around the baseboards near the washing machine in the main bedroom, which may be the culprit on the odors. The shower also has not been property cleaned; orange mold was growing in the shower. Lastly the cooling units were unable to properly cool the cottage. We did communicate these items to the owner...

“This property is close to the chatanooga attractions but in the Georgia side so avoiding the noise and traffic. Can get on 59 for quicker access to Chattanooga central or enjoy scenic drives to the attractions or stay in and enjoy nature with hikes”

“everything was wonderful. I was apprehensive to stay with the owners on-site, but it was like we were there alone. they were very quick to respond to any questions we had though. very clean, cozy, and super cute. we had everything available we could have needed and more. the pool and hot tub were amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything was well stocked for us, and we would have stayed longer if we could! I would absolutely recommend to anyone needed somewhere cozy and...

“Great little cabin for a weekend getaway. Plenty of room for 2 people. Lovely spot on the river and so close to all that the Mentone area has to offer. Having the kayaks for our use was perfect for exploring up and down the quiet river. I have no problem recommending this cabin.”
