“This is a lovely little place with a great pub with really friendly staff and great food. Excellent dog walk on the other side of the road. The room has a fridge microwave kettle and toaster. The owner was a bit stressed about the shower having failed but they had called a plumber and all was fixed with no problems and lots of apologies. Would recommend!!”

“What a gorgeous lodge. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even nicer in person. The hot tub was perfect and every item is thought of. A lovely touch - bottle of Prosecco and cheese and crackers in the fridge. There are robes for everyone when you get out of the hot tub and plenty of towels. The newly built pool, steam room and sauna was fabulous. We had no expectations as there isn’t much publicity about it. You need to book a slot in advance and it only opens 9-5 but it was empty both times...

“If you are someone who wants to walk around a busy village, here may not be the best place for you however many places like alnwick centre are only at 20 minute drive. the rest of the property as immaculate as well as the service we experienced.”
