"Excellent hotel centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Smooth check-in and express check-out available. Rooms spacious enough, the bed was very comfortable despite it being a tad small (we booked a queensize)... hubby and I fitted well though. Other reviewers have complained on noises but I do not think this hotel was noisier than any other hotels I've stayed at (I travel quite a lot). I rested very well and could only hear other guests occasionally when they passed by in the corridor. Breakfast has plenty of nice options. The guests were seated by a staff member and there was staff serving the warm food as well as brought coffee/tea to the table which made the whole experience smooth without unnecessary queuing (which could happen when there are many guests at the breakfast at the same time). I will definitely consider returning to this hotel next time in London."
