“Hotel is really nice, bar area welcoming and great design, there is a pool and gym onsite. The room was comfortable and there are extras included bottled water and snacks Couple of bad points. £5 to park over night. The room still have a tub of fruit under the sofa bed not removed from a previous guest We stay in Bristol regularly and would use this hotel again ”

“Nice hotel close to train station Bristol Parkway. The location is a little bit off compared to the city centre but there were bus stops within a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the bus will take you to the city centre in about 40 minutes. Good and clean rooms, nice breakfast with the choises you would expect and I didn't experience that they ran out of anything during breakfast. I don't know if I'll ever come back to Bristol but if I do, I would consider staying here again.”

“A hidden gem of a hotel. Beautiful building, lovely surroundings. My only reason for not giving it a 5 across the board was that there was a private party in one of the function rooms. Not an issue in itself, however I felt the staff were stretched quite thin as a result and the service was quite slow at dinner, to the point that we had to keep trying to find someone to serve, get the bill etc. Other than that, we had a great time and it wouldn’t deter me from coming back ”

“The hotel and the grounds were full of character. The bathroom was incredible. However, the issue was the noise. Needs some serious sound proofing. The room was above reception and was incredibly noisy. Also, the room lacked services considering the price per night. Limited drinks available, and had to ask for bathrobes. ”

“Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax.”

I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. “Checkin was very friendly and helpful. Photos a bit misleading as kitchen area is shared between three rooms. Bathroom was pretty cold (studio room) and shower cubicle cosy/small with a general musty smell. Bed was comfortable but location on the main road meant it’s a noisy night if you’re a light sleeper. Continental breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.”

“A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

“There were four of us staying at the apartment and we were all very happy with our stay. In the apartment we were staying at there were two beds and one sofa bed. I was told that the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was, as you might expect with a sofa bed, not very comfortable.
