“Clean and roomy with convenient parking and terrific views from the living room. Decor was thoughtful and appealing. Bathrooms were nice with plentiful hot water and very good water pressure for showers. Microwave was nice and powerful. We appreciated the condiments and supplies left behind by previous guests. The couches looked good, smelled clean and were comfortable. The mattresses allowed a good night's rest though the MBR mattress felt quite worn on the nearest side. The electrical outlets...

“This place is a 2 only because it is rundown. and falling apart. There were 2 large piles of dog feces at our front door and beer cans strewn all over the area. In addition to the ridiculous price I then see charge from you for your fee. Please visit the place before renting again.”

“This condo was perfect. We were able to get to my daughter’s place with no problem. The kids loved the pool, which was very close. The condo was well taken care of. Very cozy and comfortable. We spent most mornings on the patio having our coffee. Being on the first floor was an added plus for us. As was the mints (children) and champagne (adults). The owners, Jeanne and Nicole, checked in to make sure all was ok. We would not hesitate to come back again. ”
