“Great apartment "hotel" with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in a apartment complex this is more of a home than a hotel. In a quiet area with walking distance to bars and resturants and with an assigned parking space next too the building. The place is clean but don't look too close on the upper shelves. “Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi”

“Prima Studio/Appartment ca 30 Minuten vom Grand Canyon entfernt, ausserhalb des National Parks. Check-in und -out sehr schnell und unkompliziert im nahe gelegenen Hotel. Für uns war es die perfekte Location zu vertretbarem Preis. Alles vorhanden für die Selbstverpflegung, aber man sollte sich das Wesentliche von weiter her mitbringen. Der Supermarkt vor Ort ist klein und hat Apothekenpreise. Keine Spülmaschine, aber der Zimmerservice hat jeweils abgespült. ”

The only downside was the noisy construction across the street, which also made the outside area look a little messy. However, I do understand construction is out of your control!!
