"Nice hotel with great location. Only downside was that the windows leaked a lot of sounds. So we didn’t get much sleep. "

"Jätte fint hotell! Rent och snyggt på rummet. Lagom promenad in till stan ( 3,5 km) spårvagn bara ett par minuter från hotellet om man inte vill gå. Ganska basic frukost. "

"The ladies at the front desk need to be more friendly, they can learn from concuerge team, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff."

"Comfortable stay in terms of location, but the cleaning is not near to where it needs to be. Staff very sweet, professional and helpful at all times!! I was there in nov-24. Floors seemed to be untouched in the bathroom, fingerprints on the walls, makeup and whatever it was smeared on places on the walls. Hairs and dust under and on top of the madress cover. Dust and dirt behind and under furniture. Overall very small room, but fine for one. The toilet is so close to the wall in front that you basically need to sit with your knees to the side. I loved the fact that you could set the ac level on your own! I only slept at the hotel as I was out and about a lot and because of that I could manage two nights, but I won’t return unless the cleaning gets on top. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but heard another couple talking about it being good! "

"Väldigt centralt beläget hotell i bra skick och alla bekvämligheter som behövs. Bra frukost. Väldigt fint service när vi önskade byta hotellrum pga hög ljudnivå från gatan. Kostas hade en fantastisk servicenivå, superb!"
