Lyxhotell i Magnetic Island

“Das Hotel an sich ist super. Es ist jedoch aktuell um die Rezeption herum Baustelle. Man muss immer Umwege gehen um entweder ins Zimmer oder den Pool zu kommen. Man musste durch die Tiefgarage gehen um zum Pool zu gelangen. Leider auch keine Toiletten im Poolbereich, sodass man immer ins Zimmer musste. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen.”

“Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was...

“We had an amazing time at a beautiful location. Our initial room had some problems - microwave didnt work, air con was noisy, no coffee machine as promised - so without fuss we were upgraded to a larger apartment for the remaining days”
