“It was a great getaway. Downsides were the Spa didn't want to work (heated up but no bubbles), no Wifi that we only found out about after paying for the place (should be listed clearer), and the driveway was precariously steep for a gravel road. The great parts were that it was far more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Very peaceful, secluded, well looked after and had great amenities provided such as fire starters, torch, umbrella etc. ”

Hosts were lovely, but we had to rely on face-to-face contact as there’s no wifi or phone reception in the area, which would have been great to know ahead of time! “Fantastic location. The kids had a good time feeding the chickens and pigs. We had breakfast one day with the fresh eggs from the chickens. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. As the kitchen and dining area are outside on the covered deck, it was a bit nippy in the morning getting breakfast. The lights outside on the deck and the bathroom window sill could do with a clean. Overall we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from tv and gaming and get back to...
