“It's a real shame because the chalet has potential. But there is no investment/maintenance of it. The toilet is plagued with mould. There is nearly no storage so if you go for longer than a weekend, it is a challenge to have to live out of bags. The chalet seems to be one of the only ones that has not been painted recently. There are broken lamps and drying racks that had not been disposed of. The kitchen tap is worryingly loose and the fire alarm was left next to the microwave. No carbon...

“For context, holiday parks aren't my thing as a rule. That said, I'd revisit this chalet if I was coming back to the area, no issues. It's a good spot to visit this part of the coast and if you do want to use the holiday park facilities you couldn't be better placed, a very short walk from the pools, the shop and the bar/restaurant. The chalet has everything you need for your stay and is well looked after and comfy.”

“We really loved the garden and the birds including a magnificent nuthatch, which visited regularly. It was wonderful to be in nature, we enjoyed the walks, the nature reserve and wild swimming. “We were greeted by the friendly host, Chris who showed us around. We found Rosie's cottage exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
